Hello everyone,
I just got a 1967 sea ray srv 170 with a 120hp mercruiser.
I know the boat a little, I know it had a valve job 3 years ago, new oil pan gasket lat year, and I know it has been properly winterized over the years. I know many pepole that have ridden in the boat and say it is a good runner, and the mechanic that did the pan gasket said it was a good boat/motor/ hull, but that it needed an exhaust manifold. It is JB welded, and still leaks. Does anyone know what years will fit?

Thanks in advance.

Re: 1967 mercruiser 120 exhaust manifold

I am showing Sierra (NAPA) part number 18-1954-1 for a 2.5 & 3.0L with Rochester carb with Electric Choke.

18-1955-1 Mechanical Choke
18-1956-1 Mercarb W/ Elect Choke.

The gasket is the same for all (GM Block) 4 bangers 18-1204

This tells me the any manifold will fit. You just need the proper one for your carb set up and riser.

Good evening Red - just a thought but if you are interested I have a manifold that came off of a '68 120 holding down some of the dust on a shelf in my shop. It is used, but has always been in fresh water and is in good shape. Can't remember what carb was on the unit and can check tomorrow. You pay the freight and I will pack it up and ship it. Just in my way.
