I remember the Vega swap. If I remember correctly, the only necessary parts were a set of headers and you needed to "massage" One inner fender to fit a 350. With a 12 gallon tank you needed a gas station on every block though.

Did you know there was a kit to fit a 350 into a Fiero? But because of the power to weight, the GM 3.8 had better performance. Sometimes more horsepower is not the answer.

Same with my overpowered 14 footer. Only goes 60 with a 125. Fellow with a 20 footer and 200 Rude AND 4 people went faster--safer too! But I looked better LOL!

Lawayers salivate over stories like this. Like vultures they will wait around to get your car, your home and some will even try to put you in jail.

I had one when I was youg, dumb and in the army. The Texas dps officer got me at 138 in a 55 between Ft. Hood and Coperas Cove answering to my 1sg was almost as bad as paying off the ticket on an at the time e-4 pay check.
