1996 150 Evinrude Intruder carb fuel leak

I have a 1996 Evinrude 150 it leaks gas from all six carbs. Does anyone have any suggestions of what should be done. I guessing floats are stuck???

disconnect fuel line. does it do it when the motor is in the down position? if so yes float needle stuck. but tilting the motor for trailering, docking, with fuel line connected, puts the motor out of level, thus the carb floats are out of level, allowing fuel thru the needle, flooding the carb, thus leaking into the cowl. solution disconnect fuel line.

It leaks all the time, even in the down position?

Very odd all six floats to be stuck unless engine has set a while, has engine been setting a long period??

Thats what I thought, might want to check the manifold isn't flooding due to a stuck cold start injector solenoid, check position of red lever.
