just bought first boat. 1978 Winner 18'

Just bought my first boat. its a project. motor needs reassembling, but have been reassured that it runs. i know nothing about boats. boat looks solid. only paid 600. am i screwed or what?

Welcome to iboats Ryan. Just a tip....for any questions you may have that don't relate specifically to a Winner hull.....post in one of the more general sections of this site. We have a very active forum here with all the answers you're looking for but these manufacturer-specific sections don't get a lot of traffic.

The fact that you bought her shows you love what she has to offer...a ton of fun! Sounds like she floats.Go ahead..awaken her,you wont regret it.

if not then hard work will get her back into tip to condition we had 18 month rebuilding ares , AND NOW WE CAN DO THIS lol
