Re: Rebuilding

A little more detail will be required. When you say Rebuilding, do you mean ripping out the floor, stringers and transom or just replacing the floor? What do you KNOW about the required repairs? Do you Know the floor is rotted? Do you know the Stringers are rotted? Do you know the transom is rotted. It all depends on what you know about the boat. What is obvious from observation and investigation and what will be required to investigate. You may have to cut some exploratory holes in the deck to determine what is underneath and the condition. You may have to drill some holes in the transom to determine its condition. In order for everyone on here to help you we will need more detailed information about the overall condition of the boat and what your overall plans for the boat are.

Welcome to iBoats!!!:)

Re: Rebuilding

There are a number of really great fiberglass boat restorations going on here right now. Grab a drink and start reading.
