You were asked if youj had a title for the boat. The manufacturer, model and length are shown on the title. If you don't have a title, how do you plan to register this boat so you can get the registration stickers and numbers. Your problems may have just begun as the water authority will ticket you for no/out of date registration.

Well I didn't I don't have it ... just not aware of it...all the data its with the Co owner who is currently out of country

Before you put this boat in the water, do yourself a favor, take a boating safety class, either a Power Squadron or Coast Guard one. You will learn a lot about boats and their proper use and terminology. You will also meet a lot of local people who can help identify your boat, give it a safety inspection and advise what is needed and get you so that you don't have to refer to to a part as a "thingy".

BTW, I knew what you meant by "WTK" and normally I haven't a clue. I guess we must be from the same school.
