These pics are recent...Just trying to restore what I have to (with the economy and all).....The foam believe it or not is dry (as what I can tell so far) testing with a clothes hanger...I could cut it all out and use the "pink" or blue" sheet foam from Home Depot as I saw in another thread I guess...It is also hard to find Epoxy resin around here..Have to order from West Marine maybe..I think it will take 3 to 5 gallons to do this right?

Deja vu... reminds me of the two Sea Rays I've gutted.

Plywood sheets barely or partially covered in spray glass, questionable glass work all around, holes in the deck where foam was injected (and water can get in), plenty of places for foam to get wet and never dry.

Don't get me wrong, I like the hull styles from Sea Ray (at least the ones before about 1995) but they sure didn't build boats to last, they built 'em for cheap construction using cheap labor.

Keep at it, and post pics as you do the resto work.
