Combo of my last name and the wife's maiden name with the "fam" for the family of us. We have been known as thew Kenmyfam's for a long time now.
Ken is not my first name but have been called Ken by most folk since the start of high school.

I've owned a Jeep for 20 years. Presently rebuilding the '79. Now it's a toss up between the jeep, the boat, and the usual life things as to what gets done.

Back in the days of early "you've got mail" AOL we had to come up with a nickname. It was even known back then it was probably a bad idea using your actually name like JohnSmith@AOL.com. Good idea to pick a name that means nothing.

So I looked around my table and a newspaper ad I saw said Expedia (a new online airline reservation website).

So I changed the spelling to Expidia by swapping the 4th e for an i and have used that name when I have to sign up with a screen name. I use it when I have to give out an email address too. Yahoo is a great free email account cause it filters out any spam into a spam box.

Ahh yet another "what does your screen name mean?" thread.

At my old job I was responsible for many things, one of them was fuel quality control at the local airport, and one of the things I looked for was water in the fuel. It actually began as my name on a still-played WW2 flight sim for online play called IL2 Sturmovich 1946. Awesome game for anyone wanting a realistic flight sim that can be played on computers 8 years old or cranked way up on graphics to look gorgeous on todays gaming monsters.

got mine cause all the cool nicknames on MIRC were taken back in the mid 1990s.
as I am a technician I figguered no one else would have that,alt nick was wristpin.
got the nick rodbolt40 when on yahoo IM cause back about 2002 I was 40 when I opened that account chatting with what now is my wife when she lived in caracas venezuela. got married to her in 08 and she is now a legal US resident.

good friend in high school was a comic book nut. one of the heroes name used a % (percent) sign instead of a (o) i wanted the same. well the nine is silent, i have it tattooed, and i have been thinking about legally changing my name to have the 9 in it. everyone says your name is k-nine-th? no the nine is silent,
i even thought about putting my son baby keiths name on the birth certificate like that. my wife didnt mind but he is the fourth in the line of keith's.

Mine is a bit of an homage to some of my farm roots from the (Big) Canadian prairie...back in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Plus, my wife is from Saskatchewan and she still loves that big prairie blue sky.

I have spent along time dreaming of Boat Ownership and I saved enough cash for one. I didn't want a boat loan and I have grown up around boats. I haven't been an active boater for many years. Also Im from Arizona.
