Force NEVER made a 4 cylinder 150! Only a 120 and a 125. Chrysler made the 4 cylinder 150, however, I have never seen one. Force started manufacturing the 5 cylinder 150 around 1991. (the mercury years) For a couple of years it was a small bore engine of 3.3125 cylinder diameter. Around 1994 they increased the displacement with a 3.375 bore.

I had my years wrong. The 150 was a small bore engine of 3.3125 diameter in 1989 and 1990. It was a big bore engine (3.375) from 1991 to 1994

Pretty sure Audi too had a five cylinder FWD sedan in the early 70's if memory serves correct. Just sayin'... :)
