Transom replacement

I have a 1978 sea Nympth 17ft aluminum boat. This boat has been great for many years. The transom is starting to get a little soft and I would like to replace it. I have contacted the local marina and they said that they would not perform such a job. I know I have the skill to do so but I do not have the time. Does anybody have any suggestions for whom to have complete this repair. I'm located in southern Indiana. Thanks. Matt

Your question is best posted in the boat restoration forum..

It is not too difficult a task from what I understand..There will be guys in the restoration forum that have done this on their Nymphs and Starcrafts

Yep, wrong section for best attention and advice.
PM a mod and ask them to move it for you. If they see it first they may move it anyway.
