I have a 16' Bayliner Capri Cuddy with a 85 force on it, found a 125 for a good price. Do you think this would work.

What is the max rated HP for your boat ???? if less than 125hp it is a bad idea. If it is rated for that hp then is the replacement a Force ?? if so it is still a bad idea.

Im not sure what the rated power for the boatis, and yes it is a force. Why would it not be aa good idea, being im new to boating.
