Lossing power 84 ev 30hp need help

I have an84 evinrude 30 hp that has been giving me a ton of trouble! The moter has sat for 2 years and after changing the gear lube I hooked it up and ran it for a couple of hours with success! the next time i took it out I lost all spark! After testing the enitre electrical system I replaced the Power pack and both of the coils and the spark plugs.

I took the boat out and the motor ran great for about 20 minutes then lost a cylindar. the motor ran about 7 MPH. I decided to fish there for about two hours the started the boat up and it ran full power for 10 minutes then back to 7 on one cylinder.

Any thoughts on what I should replace? I am at a complete loss with this engine.

Go back over your installation, look for dirty grounds, loose connectors, corrosion inside PP plugs, corrosion behind coils.
Try swapping coils see if the problem moves, assuming you know which cyl is losing spark.

Are you sure its dropping spark?
Could be a carb getting clogged with 2 yr old goo.

I think there is weak spark in the bottom cylinder. The top plug is is burning hot and normal but the bottom is not as hot thus not firing. I am going to work on the motor again tonight and will clean the carb .
