I have looked every where I know to look but have been unable to find the part, hell I don't even know what it is called. It is the piece that holds the shift cable in place on the motor. That piece has a small hole piece that screws down onto the motor.

Also when trying to get the motor into neutral to replace the cables, the prop will turn but you can hear a clicking noise. I sprayed everything with WD40 and was able to get a spot in the middle that the prop will turn and no clicking. However, the prop does not free spin it is kind of tight but will turn by hand. It turns to the right but will not turn to the left no matter how hard you try hope that is good :D

I have a Seloc manual which is worthless for this and I have been unable to find any diagrams for this motor. If someone knows where I can find one online let me know. The serial number for this motor is A120274.

I have attached photos for you. Please anyone that can help me quickly would be appreciated. Thanks
