My wifes BIG crappie

Here is a pic of a whopper crappie my wife, Kellie, caught on March 31st 2010. She caught it on a night crawler. It was 16" long and weighed in at 2 lbs. 2 oz. Her ,our daughter Amanda and I all had a great day and brought home a big ole stringer of crappie. Hope you enjoy the pic. God Bless. Dave

I agree those big fish are fun to catch. I consider my self lucky there is a small rail raod water supply lake (maby 3 acres of surface water) near where I live and it is not uncommon for me to catch two or three that size each year. The first time I caught one I took it over to my buddy and said "What the heck is this it looks like a "Crappie" but it is too big. I love that little lake.
