Sea king year?

I have a 5 hp Sea King that I can't figure out the year of manufacture.
the numbers are:VWB 19072 AND 46X 12464. iS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN HELP. THANX

VWB-19072 is a 1964 5.5HP built by West Bend.

for anyone else reading this, Monkey Wards was very accomodating on year id. Just reverse the two numbers that are ahead of the "X". In this case, 46X reversed is 64....1964.
