Hello guys
My 2008 boat came with the cables for an specific equipment which I think is a depth/fish finder. The problem is that the equipment is missing and I just have the cables.
I would like to take advantage of it, and just buy the equipment which match with that connector.
the cable says:
E119932 9U AWM 2464 80*C 300V VW1
It is a round cable with three (3) female pins and also another 16 female smallers pins. Attached is the picture.
Can some one tell me where can I find what equipment match this cable?
thanks in advance

Re: Depth/fish finder???

First, the numbers you show are the cable manufacturers specifications for that particular cable and it has nothing to do with what that cable attached to. Why not show us a picture of what the cable(s) connect to. If it is indeed a locator there will be a transducer mounted either at the stern or in the bilge in "shoot through hull" configuration. A paddle wheel speed sensor and temp sensor may also be included at the stern. I also find it hard to believe that a locator requires that many pins to accomplish power, ground, speed, transducer, and water temp. If you bought the boat used and this cable was actually connected to something before you bought it, there should be evidence (screw holes, etc) where that unit was mounted. If not, it may have been installed by the boat manufacturer for an option you don't have and in that case the boat manufacturer should be able to answer that question. Since the boat is relatively new, that may actually be a data cable for something like Mercury's SmartCraft data system. Lastly, we are not full-time folks here so 24 hours is not an etermity. The more unique that missing equipment is, the longer you will likely wait for an answer.

Hi Silvertip
Thanks a million for your help. Please, acept my appologies for the rush.... It won't happen again.
Here you have a couple of pictures of what is in both ends of the cable. I hope this may gives you an idea about the equipment.

Thanks
