Hey guys,
I recently bought a 96 mustang 1800 bowrider with a 96 Mercury 150hp outboard on it.
The first few times it started easily but now i can't get it started at all.
Also the fuel bulb no longer stays hard when primed, i replaced this and still it won't hold any pressure.
Has anyone got some advise as to what i should be looking for?

Have you checked for spark at all plugs? The primer bulb is not suppose to stay hard.

Those older Merc's like to be choked when cold. Turn the key on, push it in and hold it while counting to 10, then start it. Keep bumping the choke until it is running smoothly.
