Bridge enclosure

I've been searching this forum for the word "enclosure" and so far I haven't found anything helpful. I have a 1993 Crownline CR250. I want to replace the enclosure, but Crownline Mfg. told me that after their bankruptcy they no longer have the pattern. So, looked locally and I can't find a shop wiling to take on this project.

Does ANYONE know of a manufacturer who has the pattern for this boat? Or, at the very least could you folks send me some suggestions (names of companies to call). I'm not opposed to making lots of phone calls to manufacturers and asking. I just don't know who to call. Also, I haven't found the Internet to be any help with this specific item. I can find lots of boat covers, but no enclosures.

You'll have to have your enclosure custom-made by someone local. There's no way around it. Hard to believe you can't find someone to do the job.

Have you been contacting marine canvas/upholstery fabricators? I mean, it's what they do

yea you must be going to the wrong places....you may have to go down more towards the coast to find some marine canvas shops but like JoLin said "thats what they do".....get your wallet out though cause it aint gonna be cheap.

Thanks for the replies. I found someone today (after 6 months looking) Canvas is definitely the correct word to search when looking for this type of product.

Looks like about $1600 for the full enclosure. Probably not too bad considering I am 180 miles from the coast where prices are likely higher.

Since you're in NC, try Pamlico Marine. They'll be a good contact for just about anything you need.
