#1 your motor is a 1984 not 1985.

The stator is not user repairable. Replace if damaged.

There are 2 types of flywheels for that engine, the 9 amp and 35 amp. The 9 amp magnets are molded into flywheel and the 35 amp are glued on and you can get a aftermarket or OEM repair kit.

The magnets on the vented flywheels are repairable. Bombardier makes magnet replacement kits. Part number 584304 for one magnet and expoxy glue. May be under $20. If your other magnets are ok and all you need is the expoxy kit to re-glue one magnet, it is sold under part number 431929. Under $ 10. If you decide to replace the vented flywheel, make sure you get the correct part, as the later crossflow models used a near identical flywheel but is not the same part number. These flywheels are NLA.
