2004 Bayliner Capri 210 Cuddy

Looking at a 2004 Bayliner Capri 210 cuddy w/ 5.0L Mercruiser. Anyone have any opinions? We're thinking of offering ~$13k for it including a 30-day warranty & galvanized trailer w/ brakes (dealer is asking $18k).

Get a marine inspection. If it's solid, $13k sounds fair, how many hours?

The previous owner of the boat had it bottom-painted & the dealership redid it so it looks really nice. Are there any downsides to having the bottom paint? I expect we'll probably trailer it for this summer at least, but we are considering getting a slip next year on the Delaware possibly.
