ok heres the story, last summer i had the short block rebuilt on my boat (3.0) it had a cracked cylinder so it was sleeved bored .040 over new every thing ...i put it all together and ran it july-sept 1st zero problems, 3rd week of september i went to winterize and upon warming it up it started spewing milky oil out the breather ...full of water! so i flushed it several times and winterized it.. so after think all winter about it the only things that were not rebuilt were the head and manifold....seeing how i put 40+ hrs on it i figured must be the manifold or elbow gasket...so last week i replaced the manifold checked the elbow , started it tonight and after 1/2-45 min oil turned milky! WTF!! so being totaLLY PISSED OFFF i pull the head tonight....it was fireing perfect i cant see any cracks, in the block or head, no signs of headgasket leaks....nothing! it makes no sense! only thing i can think of is have the head magnafluxed and checked to make sure.....
anyone have any ideas ? i'm a bit stumped!
funny thing is even before i had it sleeved and bored it never leaked water into the oil ( wirst pins locked up and was knocking) ....
i really could use some ideas! Thanks!
