replace rollers on old trailer

i need to replace the v shape keel rollers on my boat trailer
only thing is they are 7" long and only ones i found are
22.00 each
anyone know where i can get them
is the 8" rollers true 8" or are they under 8"
can i get 8" are cut some off

If the mounting tabs are in good shape, they won't mind you bending them outward a little bit to slip in that 8" roller.
