I only have 1 at the moment.

I had 2 others last week.

They are/were all 150 HP Evinrudes.

I had a '91 that was on a boat I sold
I also had an '01 FICHT Ram that I bought as a project and sold

I now have an '04 Direct Injection...which is really just the last name for FICHT before the E-tec. This one is on a boat and will get a lot of use this summer.

I have my eyes open for a couple of nice 15 hp JohnnyRudes for some family members.

100% Humidity? Isn't that like ... water?

We have 5. A 2007 150 Etec and an 1986 9.9 Yamaha kicker on the bigger boat. A 30 Suzuki on the smaller boat the year of which I don't recall. Then we still have the 1994 Johnson 150 that we recently took off the bigger boat and a Yamaha 9.9 that a friend gave us for parts.

actually I have 6

1- 1969 Johnson 25 short shaft, paid $100, went through carb, already had new impeller, doubt there are 100 hours on it
2- 1976 Johnson 6hp, traded pump shotgun for it, pristine conditionm maybe 50 hours on it
3- late 70's Johnson 6 hp, was running but I pulled the shift rod off the lever at the top end
4- early 70's Mercury 20 hp with stainless prop, came with 14' lowe jon boat and galvanized trailer (that I paid $200 for), ran 1 time when I first bought it, really should try to get it running again
5- 70's Mercury 9.8 not running at all
6- 1995 Force (Mercury), bought new, drive shaft broke off in the powerhead, did run incredible til it did that....

In order of acquisition:
-Mid seventies Sears 3.5 hp aircooled - runs, lower end apart for seals replacement
-Early seventies Sears 7.5 hp aircooled - runs, pushes my jon boat around lake hopatcong
-1970 Johnson 40 hp Big Twin - currently undergoing rebuild

- 72 Johnson 6 HP long shaft
- 07 Mercury 6 HP long shaft

I"m in the process of rebuilding the Johnson, had scored pistons and the shifter linkage was frozen but it's in much better condition that when I got it.

I checked 8 but i forgot the 1988 70 that is 100% dissasembled!!!!!

( maybe it not a motor then,..it is just motor parts!! ha ha)

Unfortunately, I have 5, 2-175 1998 Fichts, yes, they still run, a 115 (2005) and a 140 (2003) 4stroke Suzukis and a 9 hp 2 stroke Mercury. They all have long stories. Steve

Just picked up a 9.9 johnson on sunday. That brings me to 40. I buy, fix, play with and sometimes sell......It is a pretty cool hobby.

got a '60 Johnson 5-1/2 in '63--needs lower unit
mid 70's British Seagull with F-N-R
late 80's Johnson 9.9 got it new
mid 90's Merc 40 got it 3 years ago with maybe 4 hrs on the clock

The last two on the list came with my 1961 12' jon boat that I got from the original owner, complete with all the paper work for everything:
mid 70's Evinrude 4 with folding shaft
early 60's electric Silvertrol trolling motor that works like a champ.

I'm keeping my eyes open for a dead motor that I can rig up to be my mailbox or box holder. Anyone seen anything like this?

1939 22.5 evinrude,1957 18hp johnson,1958 18 hp johnson,1959 4hp johnson,1963 75hp evinrude,1966 80hp johnson,1967 20hp chrysler,1953 25hp evinrude,1982 90hp evinrude.1970 33hp evinrude.so i can stop at a mear 10 for now.i bought the 25big twin off a friend and he has approx 70 motors!

1 x 1967 Mercury thunderbolt ignition 85hp blueband
1 x Yamaha 8a fully working
1 x Yamaha 8a missing pull starter and coils
1 x Yamaha 8b rotton split block
2 x fully working 40hp Mariner/merc LS pull start
1 x Mariner/merc 40hp block and leg
1 x Johnson 9hp age unknown. Gearbox broken

1- 2006 Yamaha F25 (my main motor on my rig)
2- 1996 Evinrude 4hp Long Shaft (my back-up/kicker motor)
3- 1993 Nissan 3.5hp Short Shaft (Used to be my kicker but was too short but dont want to sell it cause it was my first motor i brought back from the grave to a nice running cond.)
4- 2002 Nissan 9.8 Extra Long Shaft (I really don't know why i bought this one because i don't own a sailboat now nor will i ever own one! Oh yeah i got a good deal on it!!

Just the one... an '09 Yam F115.

I really regret selling my 16ft Quinnie cuddy with an FT60 Yam, that little motor was so smooth and economical but you can't have too much of a good thing. She went to a good home - a retired guy who uses her every day!
