This is a topic that has been hashed and rehashed. Do a search. Anything anyone suggests will just be their opinion. The "perfect" matches are available from a guy in Canada but are pretty expensive. If you are looking for the cheapest way (nothing wrong with that) take a part with you and match it to some color chips or can caps at the store. I had an AOMCI member tell me the only way was the Canadian paint and correct decals. I would have had about $175 in my engine in refinish materials had I gone this route but he said it was important to be "correct." If you still want suggestions on this forum, you should identify the year and size engine you are working on.
