I am looking for help/ideas. My 96 evinrude with a 1 1/2 yr old battery starts fine but after a half of day of fishing the starting wheel would not come up and engage to start. Was able to pull start it and went home. Recharged battery and engine started again by the key. How do i diagnose? Bad alternator, bad battery or something else? Thanks greg
