How many guys do you know that have the solid 2 1/2 ton cherry pickers (like mine).

FOUR of these, blocked into place, with a couple of straps, lift the boat, drag out the old trailer and roll the newer one under.

If the parking lot is pavement, a couple of 2 X 4's nail thru into the pavement should be enough to keep the pickers from rolling in.

go borrow 5 boat jacks from a boat yard. Support the boat with 4 or 3 jacks, and move them around to get the trailer out.

you need one extra, to take the weight off the jack you want to move.

Update: well...the whole show got turned on its ear as the seller showed up without title in hand.

I do feel the seller has the best of intentions, but the Dept of motor vehicles doesn't accept good intentions.

I dont know what it takes to get an out of state boat titled in FL without the current title, but I can bet it aint worth it.

so, for now at least, the boat sits where it is.

more updates as i get 'em.
