What is that?

I am trying to figure out if i can add the pressure gauge to my 40 hp 1993 Force, or the telltale as is described in one of the stickies.
So I was wondering what is that on the picture:

I am refering to the small white plastic screw (?) or plug on top of the motor.
I hope that is the place where I can add the telltale or pressure gauge.

Yep, thats it.

Remove it and start her up. Should have water spraying out of her in about 4 seconds
