Evinrude 150 lost power And speed

I have a 95 Stratos 278 fs with a 95 Evinrude 150 the boat has always run 60 mph or better this year the first time out it took forever to plane and I noticed that the highest rpm i could get was about 4000 and 40 mph i changed plugs checked fuel lines etc still same problem was messing around after work today pulled plugs out one of the looks almost new but others look like the have run if you put the plug in the wire it appears to be firing the carb for that cylinder looks to have alot of fuel running out any one have any ideas on this as im not a mechanic especially on outboard. the motor starts runs idles fine not missing or any thing any help would be great as this is really starting to get old

just noticed that the engine warning buzzer doesnt buzz when you turn on key either dont know if this is connected or not

sounds like a small clog in the high speed idle jet.

Last Time you checked Compression? Id advise in getting a good spark tester. Ensure itll jump a 7/16 gap with a bright blue snap. How long had the motor sat up? Could also be clogged carbs

was up in garage all winter did this first time out

Might try Cleaning the carbs first. Try pumping the bulb while running also see if that makes a difference.

ill try that or may just take it in for service as im working 7 days a week thaks for the input makes sense
