i have a 1987 caprice with a volvo AQ131A motor i bought this i hope to get her running good i am having a problem with the alternator it has 3 wires on the back 1 to the battery 1 that goes to a resstior and one to a ground the one that is going to ground is insolated from the alternator which seems odd can any one tell me how this is to be wired
