my engine will idle fine, will cruise at a low speed greatly, but when i go to put the foot down it bogs like its getting too much fuel and smells like its flooding....what would cause this?

Probably is getting too much gas; you might try replacing the high speed jets. First make sure that the throttle plates are perfectly synchronized. The plates should all be perfectly horizontal at WOT and move precisely the same as you move the control arm.
