So I just added a second motor to my fishing boat so I can get to the fish twice as fast haha. I have yet to try it out with both motors but what do you guys think? I will be painting them to match eventually.

Do you think that tin boat can handle all that brute horsepower? Can you handle it?

Seriously, have fun. That's what it is all about.

Don't know, that is a lot of HP hanging on the transom. You may rip that transom right off the back of the boat :D.

They are both right hand props... this boat is going to go left, and left and left....

Ever heard of counter rotating motors:eek: I think they do this for a reason.

Now, that's a hot setup. All you need to add is a link between the two of them for equal steering and a McGyver rig to operate the throttles simultaneously.

I'll be that if you sit on the middle seat, you'll almost get on plane. Wheee! :D

So I took it out tonight. All I can say is ahhhhhmazing!! haha. Its hilariously fun. Everyone was coming up to me at the ramp asking about it. It almost gets up on plane but not quite. I think I need to drop a few lbs and maybe I'll have a chance.

Actually it drives fine. No prop steer and the throttle balance is easy. And it does not go left, and left and left either. It goes pretty damn straight if you ask me.

Show me a counter rotating 72 evinrude 2hp outboard and I'll show you a toilet made of solid gold. I didn't do this to be serious. I did it because its fun and hilarious. Especially when people look at it scratching their heads like "wtf is that."

And yes these are each 2hp motors so I'm dealing with some serious power here. Thinking about beefing up the transom as we speak:p
