Mercruiser 4.3 L 190 hp alpha 2007

My motor has around 80 hrs of use in seven years,it ran perfect last year but now it starts in idle after pumping the throttle three times.It will idle forever but when I try to rev the engine it stalls out. I can get it into gear if I move fast and it runs at high speed with no problem but if I bring it back to neutral it will stall out unless I`m able to catch it quickly and pump the throttle lever but bringing it back to neutral, it will again stall.
It was winterized properly, with stabilizer in tha gas and fogger in the carb. I have added an Ethanal cleaner with no luck.
The other problem is the tach and running lights do not work this year. Could this be asociated with my motor problem ?

Have you done any maintenance on the engine? Fuel filters, tuneup etc?
You might disconnect the tach lead on the back of the tach (gray wire) and see how the boat runs, but the running lights have nothing to do with the engine. Might want to post that as a seperate problem over on the electrical forum.
