1995 evinrude 70hp VRO

looking at buying one of these... any problems with these motors? what to look for? and also does this motor have an alternator. Already did a compression test and a test cruise, both checked out good.

It all depends on how well it was maintained. Also check condition of wiring and drain a little oil from the lower unit to check for water. Yes it has a charging system.
