Cleaning vinyl and polishing aliminum floats

What is best for polishing the aluminum pontoons? The have some harder? crust like substance on them(really thin and spotty)

And then what is good to use on interior vinyl, it is kids black looking.

Magic Eraser (the heavy duty one) hands down on vinyl.

As for the aluminum....... you could use some polish and a green scrubby pad .....lot's of elbow grease
