Warning horn wiring on Mercury outboard

I have a 1991 115 Mercury. I am trying to find how to wire the warning horn, I understand the tan/blue stripe goes to one side, what goes to the other?
Power or ground?

Key on power, usually found on a purple wire. (or war if you're from Arkansas)
