I am running a volvo 280, and am currently having problem with the cooling. I have inspected the impeller, hoses and all lines and still not able to get water to come up thru the motor and out the drive. I have taken off the hose on the outside of the drive where it goes thru to the inside. Putting the flushing hookup on it and full water pressure and all i get is a gurgling sound and no water to the hose. I have had no problems in the past with this and the last time the boat was used, everything worked just fine. I would like to know if this could be an easy fix for me or is a shop going to have to look at it. I'm STUMPED on this one.
