Speed and RPM's of 20' Lowes 2 toon 1991 year, Pontoon Boat

Hello,
I am curious and have a question about the speed and RPM of my pontoon boat with a 1983, 70 horse Johnson outboard, model J70ELCTE. With just me in the pontoon boat I am turning 5,600 RPMs at 21 MPH that is using a pitot pickup tube speedometer. The prop dimensions, if I remember correctly, is a 13.75 X 15 or 13 pitch can't remember exactly without looking at the prop. What do you think about my stats is it good or bad? Thanks, Bob

Your RPM's and speed are about right, although I would never trust the boat speedo. A GPS will give you a true speed. You are probably 'good-to-go'. Your pitch is probably a 13.
