I have a 9.25"X12P stainless prop for my 25HP Johnson (1975).
It is a nice prop but it lugs the engine about 200rpm below recommended WOT rpm on my inflatable.
I would like to get an inch of pitch taken out. Can they do that with SS props?
I ask because the only other SS ever made for this motor was a 9P and that's way low
I have a 10P aluminum and it overrevs with that... I need 11P
any idea on the cost if so?
If a prop is cupped, should the pitch be adjusted? (up or down)
