Volvo - Start - smoking (white)

We have a 1987 Glasstream - Volvo Engine with Volvo 275 outdrive. Ran it for the first time this year, and after about 1 minute, the boat engine compartment filled with white smoke, and the engine hesitate and slowed. There was antifreeze on some parts of the engine. What could be wrong, and is it expensive to fix?

unfortuneately sounds like something cracked over the winter, maybe a heatexchanger, and hopefully not a cracked engine.. think you or someone else will need to take a closer look.

Ayuh,.... Check the fluids,+ start it back up, then Observe, Exactly where the Problem is...
