Finally getting around to the project i bought a few months back. Nothing fancy but should be a fun project and good learning experience. I plan on replacing the floor and completely re-doing the interior and also painting the boat and trailer. Plans for motor are a 115 Evinrude E-tec.

Started dismantling the boat today. Got most of the interior tore out. Floor and stringers will definatly need replaced and possibly the transom. This will all be a new experiance to me as i havn't worked with fiberglass before. Hopefully this weekend i will get the cap pulled off (about 150 rusty screws holding the rub rail on). Computer is not uploading pictures at the moment but will try to get some put up this weekend.

Got part of the rubrail pulled off today. The fiberglass in some places has broke off so i will need to figure out a fix for this. Possibly layer fiberglass over the whole piece?
