How to restore waterskis

How should I best go about restoring my old **** Pope Cypress Garden water skis? Anything other than sanding before varnish and what varnish to use? Most of all, anyplace I can get repro or NOS rubber binding parts? Hope to also actually use them again.

Hey my sister went to school with his grandson and many member's of my family worked at the ski factory in Winter Haven.

Use Spar Varnish and sand between coats.

Try Barts Water Sports on line for replacement binding parts that are really close
