Are quality car polishes and waxes OK for use on gel coat of figerglass hull boats?

They work fine but dont seem to last very long. I had to re-wax multiple times a season using Meguires Premium Carnuba Wax. Try using Colinite's Gelcoat Wax, applied it once so far this season and the finish is still slick and shiny, very impressive.

Clean boat first with Collonite's 920 Fiberglass Boat Cleaner and then wax with Collonite's 885 Paste Fleetwax. If your hull is browned from being in the lake and the cleaner won't get it off, use SeaSense hull cleaner.

Your boat will look brand new and glide across the water when you're done putting the 12 hours of elbow grease into it. At least that's how long it took me to clean hull, clean and wax every inch of fiberglass...including the bilge and engine bay.

Hey pozar, soliciting is not looked upon very highly on this forum. You would be better to tell the name of the product you like and leave it at that ... when you tell us to go to your web site and solicite sales, my take is you are crossing the line.
