3.5 horse power mercury I want to have a remote throttle

I recently bought a mercury 3.5 hp four stroke with internal gas tank and tiller steer. I want to hook it up with stick steering and an external gas tank. I have an ezy glide pikced out but that won't do me any good without a remote throttle. Please tell me where I can get a throttle I looked everywhere but none for an engine this small and how do I install it. Also is there any way to hook up an external gas tank to this motor. Thank you

I have decided against using stick steering and will be going with some kind of push pull or cable steering any info would be great especialy about instalation on this specific motor.
