63 Starflite 85 hp gas coming out of the exhaust

I have a 1963 Starflite 85 hp that has trouble running.I am getting a lot of fuel in the water coming out of the exhaust when it is running. If you pump up the primer bulb all the fuel comes out the lower unit. Can anyone help?

Sounds like your floats is not adjusted correctly in carbs

Check your fuel pump for a bad diaphram, you sure its a 63???

Im not real sure its a 63, Its on an old Glastron with a removable window.Could be a 68.Thanks Ill check the float
