Repair bottom of boat?

[newbie.]

I bought the boat that had been abondened, left through a couple of hurricanes and vandalized. I cant get it floating because there is a hole in the bottom of the boat.

what do you guys reccommend? redoing the whole bottom or just the hole?

How big's the hole? Where is it? How extensive is the Collatteral damage? cracking etc...
