I own a 2001 Crestliner Superhawk. I broke the starboard windshield, (it is a three piece) does anyone know where I could look to replace it??

I hate to be the bearer of bad news.....but boat windshields are the worst part to try to replace. Try checking out marine salvage yards or prepare to pay DEARLY for a new one.

Flat or rounded glass???
Flat safety glass can be sourced from any glass shop (they will cut to size and install it)
and if you have the time and money they can find you tinted.

I havn't seen this mentioned here,....carpenter buddy made a form mold out of wood and formica. We used lexan, applied heat and formed the glass to the proper shape covering the mold. Easy for him to make the mold and easy for me to blow hot air.

Get a new one, and submit the cost to your insurance carrier. Windshields certainly don't break from normal wear & tear.

Sasto, ive been reading about Lexan and sounds perfect. but how did you create 300F heat to mold it? and has it tarnished?

Heat Lamps in a wooden box. Not sure about tarnish as I haven't seen the boat in several years but she looked good after a year or so...
