Was out wakeboarding today, and near the end of the day noticed it was super hard to turn the wheel. Took two hands to turn left. BTW, don't know really anything about boats. Checked the rudder, which was clear. So we pulled it out of the water and brought it home. I called the previous owner who said to just loosen and adjust the two really large nuts above the rudder. What caused this and will this really fix it?
