Evinrude Starflite 85 fluid (pics included)

I have a 1974 Evinrude Starflite 85 HP engine. Runs great - only worry is the green fluid leaking from the spot in the pictures. Any idea what this is? Also, the one hose is ripped (as seen in last pic) - and this fluid leaks out of there (assuming thats it's only way out). It's been bugging me and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it coming from under the flywheel?
If so it could be the coating on the stator melting off.

I will check when I get home. If so, do I need a new stator? And would this be a repair that would be needed to be done asap? Thanks for your help
