Ayuh,... This is better,... My own keyboard...
That dip was probably caused by an ill fitting trailer over time...
There's basically 2 ways to Fix it,...
Push down from inside the hull,+ stiffen your supports...
Or,...
Fill the whole low area with fairing putty on the outside...
The 1st way is Better...
if both sides arnt perfectly straight will the boat not drive straight?
You could always chainsaw the back of the boat off and lengthen it by 5 feet and make a 19 footer out of it....not like that's never been done before
That can easily be re-formed .
Put a heat lamp underneath, wait until you can feel the heat through the glass, then put a heatgun on the outside, get it blistering hot so the paint is reacting. Than place a form against it from underneat and apply pressure as it cools. Check with your level as it cools, should be able to do it in one shot.
Grind and glass the inside surface if possible to reinforce it and convert your trailer to a bunk trailer.
I've done something similar to fiberglass fenders and hoods that were pulled from the mold too soon and warped. Heat and bend back to shape as it cools. But that was fresh 'glass, I didn't know it could be done to old 'glass too.

Push it the last little bit to get that 1/8" out and then put a stringer or something similar on the inside to keep it the correct shape. Also check the trailer to see if that's what caused the problem, adjust it if it is.
