1995 mariner won't start?

I bought a 1995 sweet water pontoon today before I bought it they hooked up the muffs started it and it sounded great the motor looks brand new and when I got it to the lake I primed it and it wouldn't start I called the previous owner and they said it was probably flooded cause it was started today and I had primed it again I brought it back home pulled the spark plugs off and let it sit for an hour cleaned the plugs put them back in and it started I let it run for a couple minutes then shut it Off and it didn't start again it's a 1995 mariner 90 horse 2 stroke any ideas? Next time it starts should I let it run longer? Any help would be awesome the motor looks brand new thanks in advance

when it wont re-start - is the primer bulb hard or soft ?

Well I took the plugs out and bought new ones let it sit overnight and the next morning bam it started right up and ran all day. started each time with just a bump on the starter. I guess I just flooded the crap out of it

Check to make sure your kill switch is not tripped on your controlls.
